Licensed Physical Therapist / Doctor of Physical Therapy / Assistant Coach

Coach Brittany has over 16 years of competitive gymnastics experience and was a Level 10 gymnast before attending Northern Illinois University where she competed as an uneven bars specialist.

Brittany went on to receive her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Midwestern University while remaining involved with gymnastics as a competitive team coach. For the past two years, she has worked as an Orthopedic Physical Therapist specializing in preventative and rehabilitative skills with gymnasts, dancers, cheerleaders and other athletes.

As our staff Physical Therapist, Brittany works with our gymnasts to achieve goals, gain skills, and promote team camaraderie by allowing injured girls to rehab at the gym with their teammates, in an environment they are comfortable in.

Brittany’s philosophy is that being strong both physically and mentally is important for athletes and non-athletes alike. Brittany teaches our gymnasts that strength will help overcome obstacles in life and helps them to understand this concept and apply it to their lives.
